Synorpha

You move, π–²π—’π—‡π—ˆπ—‹π—‰π—π–Ί responds.

During Milano Design Week this interactive installation reacted to human movement in real time.

By using a Kinect Azure sensor and computer vision, the system captures motion through depth maps and optical flow algorithms.

These inputs generate velocity vectors that dynamically shape the behavior of the artwork.

A fluid exchange between body and machine, β€˜Synorpha’ explores movement as a language of interaction.
